Its is One-time condonation of delay in filing statutorily\nrequired documents with the Registrar Namely Form 3, Form 4, Form 8 and Form\n11.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who can avail this\nscheme?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All Defaulting LLPs who have not filed their statutory\nrecord (Form 3, Form 4, Form 8, Form 11) due for filing Till 31 Oct 2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What are the scheme\nStart and end date?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scheme will start from 16 March 2020\nand will end on 13 June 2020<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What are the\ncompliance covered in this scheme?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The scheme cover compliance of LLP Agreement and changes\ntherein viz. Form (3), Statement of Account & Solvency (Annual or Interim)\nviz. Form-8 and Annual Return of LLP viz. Form-11.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is fee for\ncompliance under the scheme?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Normal fee Plus additional\nfee Rs 10\/- per day for delay, provided that such payment of additional fee\nshall not exceed Rs. 5,000\/- per document*.
\n* Per document means per filing eg Form 8 and Form 11 \u2013 Maximum fee 10,000\/-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What are Benefit of\navailing the scheme?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The defaulting LLPs, which have filed their pending\ndocuments till 13^{th<\/sup> June 2020 and made good the default, shall not\nbe subjected to prosecution by Registrar for such defaults.<\/p>\n\n\n\n}

Non Applicability of\nscheme<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. This Scheme shall not apply to\nthe filing of documents except the following\ndocuments:-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(i.) Form-3- Information with\nregard to limited liability partnership agreement and changes, if any, made\ntherein;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(ii.) Form-4- Notice of\nappointment, cessation, change in name\/ address\/designation of a\ndesignated  partner or partner and\nconsent to become a partner\/ designated partner;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(iii.) Form-8- Statement of Account\n& Solvency (Annual or Interim); (iv.) Form-11- Annual Return of Limited\nLiability Partnership (LLP).\n\n2.
