Court situated at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction to proceeding.

This clause shall survive the expiry or termination of this User Agreement.

Termination of Agreement

The user agreement is effective and shall be operative unless terminated by user or the CompanyBanao.com. The user may terminate this agreement at any time provided that user discontinue use of the site. The company may terminate this agreement at any time even without prior notice to user and deny access to the site. There will be no liability on the company for termination of user account.

Termination of this agreement shall not waive-off or cancel your liability to pay for the product already ordered and further will not affect any other liabilities arisen pursuant to this agreement.
