Cancellation Policy
Customer may request through email for cancellation of order along with order ID number and payment details atleast one day before of starting the work.
After starting of the work cancellation order can be requested and in that case refund amount shall be reduced proportionately

Refund Policy
If customer placed cancellation request before starting of the work full amounts (Net of service charges) hall be refunded. We will attempt our best to make the reasonable plan ideas for our customers.

Full Refunds Possible If:

Please note: Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 12 to 18 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours. During peak seasons please allow up to 15-18 business days for your return to process.
Whenever paid with Mastercard, discounts will be given to the first charge card gave at the hour of procurement and if there should arise an occurrence of installment portal name installments discount will be made to a similar record
