LLP Registration

LLP stands for Limited Liability Partnership. LLP extension and legalized form of partnership firm. LLP registration with MCA as same like company. After LLP Registration has their own Registration Certificate. LLP is govern by LLP ACT. LLP required minimum 2 person as designated Partner. LLP has no restriction of minimum capital contribution. It can be incorporate even with Rs. 1000 or on words. Every Partner of LLP must have DPIN. DPIN means Designated Partner Identification Number. DPIN is also Issued by Ministry of Corporate Affair and valid for Life time. DPIN and DIN both are same.
