Following procedure shall be adopted to keep books of account at any other place than registered office.

a. Board of director shall call and hold board meeting and pass resolution for keeping books of account at any other place than registered office of the company
b. Within 7 days company shall inform to Registrar of Companies with full address in E form MGT 14.
