LLP shall take in record and file form 4 for appointment of as person as designated partner and by appointment of designated partner there would be change in LLP deed and hence form 3 for changes in LLP deed shall also to be filed with registrar of the companies within 30 days from such changes
Prerequisite for appointment of designated partner

1. The person desired to be appointed as designated partner of LLP must have DPIN if he is not holding DPIN then first of all acquire DPIN.
2. The applicant shall file their consent to act as designated partner of the LLP.
