Procedure for changing of office within local limit of same city, place
Any company who has changed their registered office within local limit of the same city and place shall intimate to Registrar of the company in e form inc-22 within 14 days of changes in registered address.

Procedure for Change of office outside the local limit but within the same state under the same registrar

Whenever company is changing registered office outside the limit of city, town village but within the same state then company must take permission from registrar of companies in e form MGT 14 for filing of resolution passed in meeting and after getting approval then file r form inc-22 for to give the effect of change in registered office of the company
Procedure for Change of office outside the local limit but within the same state under the different or new registrar
Step 1. First of all company shall file e form MGT 14 for filing of resolution passed in meeting
Step 2. File form inc-23 Application to Regional Director for approval to shift the Registered Office from jurisdiction of one Registrar to another Registrar within the same State
Step 3. File inc-28 for notice of registrar
Step 4. File inc-22 for change of address

Whenever company changing office from one sate to another state then company need to do
steps
Step 1. First of all company shall file e form MGT 14 for filing of resolution passed in meeting
Step 2. File form inc-23 Application to Regional Director for approval to shift the Registered Office from one state to another state
