In rule 38A of The Companies (Incorporation) Rule 2014

1. The word “ and Opening of bank Account” is substituted with Opening of Bank Account and Shops and Establishment Registration”
2. The AGILE-PRO form name will replace by “AGILE-PRO-S”.
3. The clause related with “Professional Tax Registration and Opening of Bank Account” will substituted with following:

d. Professional Tax Registration with effect from the 23rd feb 2020
e. Opening of Bank Account with effect from the 23^rd Feb 2020
f. Shops and Establishment Registration
